FAQ Image
Can I join Pilates if I am a beginner?

Absolutely. Our programs are adapted to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced clients. Our instructors guide you step by step, with careful attention to technique and your personal needs.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Everything you need is provided in the studio, including reformers, Pilates chairs, mats, and props. Just bring comfortable workout clothes and good energy.

How often should I train to see results?

For visible and lasting results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency is key, and within a few weeks you will already notice better posture, more strength, and more energy.

Can I do Pilates if I have an injury or back pain?

Yes. Pilates is often recommended for back pain and during recovery because it strengthens deep muscles and improves posture. Our instructors adapt exercises to your abilities and make sure every movement is safe.

Is the number of spots in each class limited?

Yes. We work in small groups of up to 6 clients so everyone gets enough attention and a high-quality workout in a pleasant atmosphere.
